RSD AUGUST DROP 2020: SAFETY POLICY

Record Store Day is a little different this year.

This is our plan for running the day as safely and enjoyably as possible.

• We have a strict mask policy – No Mask, No Entry (with the exception of medical grounds). If you have forgotten your mask, we will have a limited number available to purchase at £1 each.
• All Staff will be wearing protective visors on the day.
• We will have two hand sanitiser stations, one at the main entrance to the store and one at the entrance to the venue.
• On the evening of the 28th we will sanitise the whole internal space with an ultra low capacity sprayer.
• The shop will open from 8am to 5pm. All remaining RSD stock will be available online at our website www.81renshaw.co.uk from 6pm.
• When you arrive, please form a socially distanced queue outside the shop, keeping at least 1 metre apart from others.
• As in previous years, we will be setting up the RSD stock in the venue, at the back of the store. This is around 60m² in size and will have a one way system.
• Exit from the store will be from the back of the building.
• We will give each person in the queue a number, this will be your order for going through to the shop.
• If you prefer not to enter the store a list of RSD releases will be available. Staff can pick your wish lists in strict queue order (depending what is still available). We can bring the items available to you for payment.
• We will be accepting payment by card & cash.
• Inside the shop we also ask that you keep a social distance of at least 1 mtr. (there will be floor markings) from other customers (unless they are already in a social bubble with you).
• You will have less time than normal to browse the RSD releases, as with previous years customers are restricted to one of each item.
